Who is eligible for Free School Meal (FSM) Vouchers?

Anyone who would normally receive a FSM at school will be sent vouchers.

We receive information from the Pupil Benefits office at Nottingham City Council about who is eligible.

*Parents can select from Tesco, Morissons, Asda, Sainsburys, Waitrose, M&S Food, Aldi , McColl's, Iceland or the Company Shop Group.



Who are Edenred?

Edenred are the company delivering the government’s national FSM voucher scheme. We simply act as administrators for the scheme.

They will send you an eCode which you have to redeem on their website in order to get a voucher for the supermarket you would prefer.

Please be aware that due to the national demand for vouchers, the Edenred system can sometimes be difficult to access and you might experience a delay when redeeming your eCodes.

How do I redeem my eCode?

If you have received the eCode then there will be instructions in the email on how to redeem it.

What should I do if I don’t get my voucher?

If you don’t think you have been sent an eCode please check your junkmail. A search for ‘Edenred’ or ‘eCode’ might help.

You might need to add Edenred to your ‘safe’ list.
