Nottingham Girls' Academy

Academy Closure

Nottingham Girls' Academy will be closed to all pupils from the end of the day on 19 March 2020 until further notice

School Closure

To support the government's strategy of social distancing, Nottingham Girls' Academy will be closed to all pupils and staff from 19 March 2020 until further notice.

Provision for the Children of Critical Workers and Vulnerable Children

To support as many staff as possible in complying with social distancing measures we have consolidated provision for Critical Workers' Children and Vulnerable Children at Nottingham Academy, Greenwood Road, Sneinton, NG3 7EB.

Even if you think your child fits into one of the above categories you should only seek to use this provision as a last resort. Please contact the school at admin@nottinghamgirlsacademy.org if you feel this provision is required.

Note: The provision is not operating during the Easter holiday as all families were able to make alternative arrangements. It will reopen to those pupils who have already registered on Monday 20 April 2020.

Access for students to online work

Students can access resources to continue their learning by logging into www.airhead.io and using their usual school email and password. They should then use the launchpad to access Teams and navigate to the community Team and their year group's channel. A document for the work can be found under the files tab.

If any students cannot access online work due to login or password issues, please email admin@nottinghamgirlsacademy.org with the student's name and their preferred password.

Further work, as well as guidance on how to access it, will follow from Monday 27 April 2020.
